Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, with additional time required during holiday seasons or for bulk orders. You'll receive email updates on your order status.

If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us within 2 business days of placing your order.

 

Delivery and Shipping
Delivery Locations: We currently offer delivery and shipping within Canada only. We're excited to expand our reach and will be offering international shipping soon. Stay tuned for updates.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping across Canada when you spend over $70.

Order Status and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor its status. Please note that tracking details may take up to 48 hours to become available. 

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of getting your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at magnestick@outlook.com with your name and order number. We will be happy to assist you.
