HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
1. Select Your Photos
Choose your favorite photos from your phone’s camera roll or social media accounts. Adjust, edit, and preview them to ensure they look perfect.
- To ensure the best results, take a moment to crop and preview each image during the ordering process to confirm you're happy with the layout before submitting.
- For optimal quality, we recommend avoiding very dark or nighttime photos, as they may not print as clearly.
2. Complete Your Order
After finalizing your selections, add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and confirm your order; it’s that simple!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently offer delivery and shipping within Canada only. We're excited to expand our reach and will be offering international shipping soon. Stay tuned for updates.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor its status. Please note that tracking details may take up to 48 hours to become available.
If your hasn't arrived order within 7 days of getting your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at magnestick@outlook.com with your name and order number. We will be happy to assist you.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the processing of your order will have started, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
CAN I PLACE BULK ORDERS?
Absolutely! Please provide complete this form with details of desired number of magnets and how soon you need them, and we'll be in touch.
